Usage:

Dosage: A:B = 2:1   Mix A and B glue uniformly together

Operating time after A and B mixed together: better 45 minutes

Heating Time: 95 degree of 2 hours (after oven reach 95 degree then keep 2 hours)

Note:

l  For making coarse grit of 80#, put 30% Heavy Calcium Carbonate Powder mixed uniformly together

l  For making 40-60# grit, put 50% Heavy Calcium Carbonate Powder and mix uniformly together, this is depends on the real situation of different abrasive cloth, you can test some small quantity before using

l  Calcium Carbonate Powder is heavy type, please do not use light Calcium Carbonate Powder

When put the finished products to oven, please keep them dry after glue, please keep around 30-50 minutes before oven
